Below are some of the SAP Ariba Buying new features and improvements introduced in the latest SAP Ariba 2508 release.

✅ GUIDEB-915: Asset Management in Guided Buying

This feature enables you to manage assets in guided buying using the asset management component from your SAP ERP system. Asset management allows you to manage your organization's assets throughout their lifecycle.

✅ BMAA-472: Support for Mass Editing of Accounting Information in SAP Ariba Procurement Mobile App

SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app users can now edit the accounting information at the header level of a requisition instead of editing the accounting information for each line item.

✅ GUIDEB-1163: AI Copilot Joule in Guided Buying

Joule, SAP's generative AI copilot, is now available in guided buying. Joule uses a conversational interface to help users complete tasks efficiently. It leverages generative and other AI technologies to understand natural language requests, identify intent, perform actions, and provide insights.

✅ PROC-1011: Prepackaged Reports for Virtual Card Orders

The Virtual Card Reports folder contains the prepackaged reports for virtual card orders, Virtual Card Charges Load Report, Virtual Card Charge Reconciliation Report, and Virtual Card Charge Exception Report.

✅ ACSS-375: Support for Defaulting of Split Accounting Type to Percentage for Correction Service Sheets

As a buyer administrator, you can enable the split accounting type to default to percentage when a correction service sheet is created. This feature is applicable only for a correction service sheet created in the SAP Ariba solution with reference to the invoiced service sheet.
