The objective of this six-phase mentorship programme is to equip mentees with the information, knowledge, and support necessary to accelerate career growth, enhance technical and soft skills, and navigate their professional development within the SAP ecosystem. Mentees will gain valuable mentorship that will position them for new opportunities in their SAP career.

**Please note that mentors may not be directly involved in training mentees in their chosen SAP modules but can guide them through numerous SAP training opportunities.

Regular check-ins will ensure continuous progress tracking and open communication. In addition, mentees will be pointed to a resource library with SAP learning materials, tools, and courses based on their SAP module of choice. A continuous feedback mechanism will facilitate two-way feedback, improving the mentoring experience and supporting mentees' growth throughout the programme and beyond.

 Mentors will help mentees identify their strengths and areas for improvement in SAP technical expertise and soft skills. Together, they will create a customized development plan, focusing on SAP modules relevant to the mentees’ career paths such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP etc. Additionally,  mentors will guide mentees through num

 Together, mentors and mentees will review the program, reflecting on progress, key lessons, and any challenges overcome. Both participants will exchange feedback on the mentoring experience, and mentors will guide mentees in creating a clear roadmap for continuous growth, including recommendations for advanced certifications, workshops, and further mentorship opportunities.

  • The mentorship programme is FREE and open to interested participants from all over the world.
  • The programme is held only once a year and it will run through all the phases listed above.
  • The phases described above can also be aligned with months (e.g., Phase 1 = Month 1) and may overlap depending on the mentee’s progress and specific needs.
  • Please note that this is a cohort-based mentorship programme. One-to-one mentoring will only be provided based on individual needs.
  • There are only limited spaces available for now, though we hope to expand capacity in the future.
  • As mentors are also busy professionals, only dedicated and serious applicants will be accepted into the programme.
