🛒 What’s New in SAP Ariba Procurement Solutions? 🛒

Below are some of the new features and improvements introduced in the SAP Ariba 2602 release.

✅ SLP-2387: Integration Support for Supplier Qualification Status

This feature adds support for synchronizing supplier qualification status to integrated ERP systems using custom generic fields. This change allows you to access up-to-date qualification information directly in the ERP system, facilitating automated decision-making processes such as blocking suppliers with expired qualifications.

✅ SOURCE-2594: Enhancements to Manual Award Scenario in Guided Sourcing

This feature introduces enhancements to the manual award scenario functionality in guided sourcing, aimed at improving usability, efficiency, and the overall user experience. Users can now open the Allocate Award pop-up to specify award allocation details for suppliers more efficiently.

✅ GUIDEB-1260: Support for Line Item Numbers

This feature enables you to create purchase requisitions in guided buying with numbered line items. When line items are numbered, buyers and suppliers have better visibility of items throughout the procurement lifecycle.

✅ BMAA-507: Support for Certificate-Based Authentication in SAP Ariba Procurement Mobile App

With this feature, SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app users are automatically signed in to the app if administrators have installed a valid certificate for the app through their organization's mobile device management tool. This feature is valid only for mobile app users on iOS devices. They are automatically signed in to the app without being prompted for their sign-in credentials.
